Feminism is a difficult topic to discuss, especially when you bring SJW into the mix because they're both terms that can be thrown around at anyone with varying meanings, I've known people to call themselves SJW and yet are completely sane and reasonable in their goals for equality, while there are those who call themselves Feminists and are clearly genocidal extremists.
Feminism is a good thing as long as you're talking about it in the sense of equality, which is what feminism truly is. As soon as you start trying to put anyone down with it though, it's no longer feminism and it becomes your own misguided bigotry you slander the word feminism with.
SJW is the exact same thing, it's fine to sit under the banner as long as you're carrying that banner in the right direction and not doing your own thing with it, such as being bigoted and calling it equality.
For the sake of the example I'll refer to Feminism as standing for equality and SJWs as being delusional bigots.
Back when white people first met black people they didn't instantly enslave them and become racist, they began forming a general opinion that they were better than them, and that made it okay to enslave and abuse them. What SJWs are doing is forming the opinion that women or POC are better than men and white people, which would eventually open up the opportunity to enslave and abuse them.
Feminists however realise that issue and realise that nobody should be unfairly treated, they aim for equality, the problem is there are so many issues everywhere that they're generally focusing on the biggest issues first, such as ineqality for women, POC, Trans people and even animal abuse to an extent. This approach ignores the smaller issues until they become bigger issues.
Standing for equality is good, losing your shit and deciding some people cant be insulted but others can and that some people are too fragile to take critizism or deal with certain things while others can, that is not equality.
