There is a difference between zoophiliacs and bestialists. Zoophiliacs don't force the animal to do anything, bestialists do.
(I find it annoying that people mix these 2 terms up.)

Is there really a difference? Almost all animals can't give consent or don't give enough of **** to give consent... alright let me put it this way.

Bestiality Dudes: "Yeah I screwed the pooch, cuff me."

I don't know if I put it right or not, I thought it'd make for great joke fodder.

A guy I know once told me a story of how his uncle got blackout drunk and decided to do that peanut butter thing. The dog promptly bit his bits off. One arrest and a hospital visit later, and family relations were quite strained. Also, the difference is in commitment. Zoophiliac means you want a relationship with an animal.
