Yeah, cloning wouldn't work, not with only one person to do everything anyway. There wouldn't be enough time in your remaining life to clone enough people to prevent inbreeding AND raise them AND teach them what they need to know to continue breeding/cloning.
But the point is moot, because have I mentioned YOU WOULDN'T HAVE ANY WAY OF KNOWING YOU WERE THE LAST PERSON ON EARTH ANYWAY!!!
