It would logically vary depending on what you assume a dragon to be like, in terms of reptilian versus mammalian versus saurian biology. :V

By the way, don't worry about how I might feel of your overthinking of draconian biology. I actually have met a friend who is like in college level with marine biology, who I talked with. With her shark OC she has thoroughly thought out how an anthro shark would realistically work. Fascinating stuff, really. I should find the log.

And can be interesting. I vaguely recall one RPer that, among their dozens of characters, had a moth character.

And regarding said overthinking it, most of it was more along the lines of overthinking the obvious questions like how something that big could sustain itself, fly, etc. And how oddball variants of elemental breath weapons might work. Granted, "magic" is the most efficient excuse.
