Can you send people eggs? If so, I might make an account once the dragon reaches adulthood so I can have my own cute egg.

Only when you have a dragon with a certain skill. I think it the skill was called teleport but I can't remember what dragon has it. Check the wiki.

The Allure of Neglected Dragons is a good one. It has day care, and if your egg / hatchling has 4 days or less, you can place them into the more high priority queue. I got 1k views overnight in ER lol
