Perigrin is the only one with access to the Admin Dashboard, so he's the only one who'd know for definite if that's possible or not.
The problem is I've seen the SMFNew server admins say that it's not otherwise possible to remove the censor without paying, although they're the ones running it so they're the ones who want you to have to pay.
