Ok, first off, they are bringing back the guy who directed the first dark souls game, so it will be closer to DS1 than DS2 was. Second, its full on post apocalyptic, like, the world has been burned to ashes, the kings of yore are long dead, and now only embers remain.. Third, the matchmaking is using Soul level, not Soul memory. Fourth, it has a Dark Crystal shout out in the trailer.

Im excited. After the, lets be honest, let downs that were DS2 and Bloodborne, its nice to see the main man return to the series.
