God I can't for the life of me remember when I first started playing Minecraft but it was post-1.2, and it was around the time Yogscast really started getting views with its adventure maps and that Shadow Of Isrealphael thing they did.
But what got me introduced to Minecraft was this video:
The dude basically did these Gmod Fort Madness videos where he'd showcase a bunch of "forts" he'd make in his spare time with his buddies, the channel is beyond the point of dead and a part of me really wishes he'd come back.
The second video that showed me what Minecraft really was, was this old ass video where this dude made a underground house where the walls were covered in paintings and he managed to form a nether portal inside his small base. He was funny, but I can't find his video under all the Ruskies and Kiddies covering POCKET EDITION 1.2.
BUT WHAT REALLY GOT ME INTO MINECRAFT WERE THESE FUNNY MOTHERFUCKERS THAT ARE TURNING THEIR WORLD INTO A SERVER AFTER ALL THESE GODDAMN MOTHERFUCKING YEARS!
