Utterly Mad

What I have so far:

* HUD shows experience point count and skill levels, in both normal and fullscreen modes.
* Skill levels max out at 16 for each, and a general skill cap of 24.
* Skill levels are displayed differently depending on player class.
* Key bindings added for buying skill levels, requires 100 EXP to advance any of the three skills.
* Default binds for skill purchases are Z, X, and C.
* A failure message will print if you lack enough EXP, if you've maxed out that skill, and if you're already at level 24.
* Altered player classes so they start with the required purchasing abilities.
* Andrew's modded monsters implemented, with code failure fixes and freeze death fixed.
* Altered experience code so monsters give EXP to other players in multiplayer, or if they were killed indirectly.
* Increasing general skill levels also grants max health and mana bonuses, in ratios depending on the class.

Skill perks currently implemented:

Berserker:
* Level 1: Fearless. Being below half health increases melee damage by 20%.
* Level 4: Rage. Killing enemies has a 1/3 chance of granting a 10% damage buff.
* Level 7: Retribution. Dying inflicts a temporary double-damage debuff on the killer.
* Level 10: Feel No Pain. Being damaged grants 25% damage reduction for 5 seconds,

cooldown of 10 seconds.
* Level 13: Frenzy: Killing enemies has a 25% chance of granting doubled fire speed for 4 seconds.
