Best way to take down the enner beast is quickly. You can actually pinpoint his location with a "scroll of find material." Just use it to search for "enner beast flesh." He isn't fond of fireballs.
You prolly know all this already, but I'd say put your potions into tin cans instead of leaving them in the bottles. Cuz... he breaks them and you'll lose your potions the moment you hit that level.
