True. Pissed me off to no end when I found out. but hey, you can still use "tale of two wastelands" without having to fernaggling anything. Sometimes if your lucky, FO3 will work without messing with it at all. Fairly rare though.

I actually did it. I actually started up a proper game of CDDA for the first time in months. Trying out the prison break scenario that was added since then. Is...odd.

EDIT: Pbbbt. Random zed in the cafeteria dropped a toolbox. Since at some point they unfucked toolboxes, I can just play cat-and-mouse with the secu-bot and saw out the bars in my way.

EDIT 2: Eventually assembled a crude drag board and hauled ass outta there. And so far all I find is a...bandit camp. Aw hell.

I always turn the item spawns down to 0.01, but even at 0.01 getting tools is not an issue because zambies. Also they did something to the game that makes that not seem to matter as much. I still get lots of item spawns. Tons of bandit/survivor camps too.
