Utterly Mad

The only other I've seen thrown off of steam was the creator of paranautical activity, and the guy (and his game) were eventually let back onto steam after he made a formal apology for threatening to kill gabe newell. (background, steam made a small mistake concerning the listing of his game and he lost his goddamn mind and did some stupid shit, making a threat against gabe newells life, so steam ripped down his games listing and made it so he couldn't use steam to distribute his games anymore.)
