Utterly Mad

Yup, the cqb bionic gives 5 melee to all combat skills relevant and it has 2 on them with it off complimented by the bionic blade and some investment in dodging ( 2 default) early game fighting will be mostly easy.

Give it the pretty, terrifying ,skilled liar, psychopath and cannibal paired with its default 2 skill in speech and its facial distortion bionic makes it sweet talk anyone and hostiles can be eaten.

I also give it the stylish trait to get buff in pretty clothing it already wears but that is optional along with light step for sneaking. Since I have a built-in knife I lower perception to 6 and raise my str & int to 9 while my dex to 10 (all of this done with the infected scenario).
