Because it's hilarious, that's why.
Actually it goes back to cataclysm moderation fuckery and salt. You would have to ask people involved for a better answer than that though, but perhaps better not to bring up "the moddening." If you want to see this forum at it's (understandably) ugliest, just click that search button up at the top there under your avatar and do a search for the word "moddening." I recommend against it, and if you do, don't bring any of that shit back with you. We left it behind and all that's left is a little salt and "The Almighty Granola Bar."

We discussed getting rid of it, but some of us (me) argued against it because we (me) found it to be funny and character building for the forum. It is a relic of a saltier time, and allows those of us who felt slighted by his influence to smirk in the face of that time and that person.
