I doubt it. Once again, Bethesda that makes games and Bethesda that publishes them aren't the same people or technically even the same company.

And it's very normal to put a publisher's logo first.

I get ya don't like Bethesda at all, but in this case, they haven't done anything wrong and likely helped the game succeed, if you're to believe Id's own statements anyway.
