Utterly Mad

I do "small" lets plays for friends, but small is a massive understatement. The videos always end up being quite long and I run out of things to be entertaining about. Any tips on managing my time better? I'm sure keeping myself interesting would be less of a problem if I could keep better track of my time.

Just set a timer to go off every 20 minutes, and stop and restart every twenty minutes. I'm just going on a one mission basis for this right not.
