ok, combat is based on how much tech you have. ships act as hit points, and you always deal your weapon tech in damage every combat round until one or both of you are out of ships. defender gets an effective +1 to weapon tech.

also, when i pass you guys the hyperspace tech, make sure orange doesn't get it for as long as possible. i do NOT want him crossing the gulf in between us until im ready.

also, when at war, try to check on the game ever 3 hours or so. preferably more.
