Utterly Mad

INTERMISSION 1 PART 1


The camera fades out from the trio, fading back in to a pair of people and a robot, the pair of men have many scars. The man with Crimson hair has a scar on his eyebrow, blinding his left eye. The man with the black hair has many scars and burns, some chemical, some from fire. The robot is a Mister Handy™ model, it has a repaired voice modulator, it's painted to have an english flag on the back of it's casing, and has a robotic hand with four fingers, it can use onehanded guns.

"Hey Red? You okay?" Anaximander Molotov says, "No... I'm fine, just, Angry that we lost the Bungalow." "I'm mad too, but listen: We can't do anything about it, if we try to take it back we'll be killed. We'll be out-manned and out-gunned! Better to go somewhere else then rifle with the Brotherhood. We could take up that small Curelian Robotics factory near-by. We're gonna need some sleeping-bags though. I think I see a sports store up ahead." You both continue to head down the road until both of find what Anaximander saw, when he got that implant his sight got ridiculously good. You are in a small town with what remains of a pair of houses and a ruined husk of a grocery store. You head into the sports store, the smell of The Cloud is less noticeable here, there are tipped over shelves, a sturdy-looking door possibly leading into the back, and the cashier's counter. You look around the store, you find a pair of sleeping bags, a daypack, a hipbag, and three boxes of dehydrated food. You grab the hipbag and the dehydrated food, Max grabs the daypack and stuffs the Sleeping Bags into it. You walk out and head out. Both of you walk across the street to the husk of the Grocery store, you see a large pile of rubble, tipped over shelving, a tipped over wall leading to the back, and a few crates. You look around the Grocery store, you found a can of Rattlesnake meat, a can of Pork 'N Beans, a Package of CRAM, and three bottles of water. You pack the food and water into your bag. You head out and take out the map out of your pocket, "Uh, I think we're in 'Snake-Wood'... So we take the north road and then take the third right..." Max gestures for you to follow, "C'mon Sir Handsworth, let's go." "What ever you say Master!" You head north...
