Utterly Mad

This weapon was commonly used by UIK shock troopers and airborne units. The shock troopers, usually adorned with a lighter version of the metal chest plates and gas masks, would wait for near dark and then perform precision attacks on the enemy lines.
The Airborne units preferred the weapon because it was light, easy to handle, and capable of close to mid range combat, which was usually the combat parameters they operated in. The Airborne were commonly dropped into cities or other urban environments and given a set of objectives to achieve, after which they would be extracted. Airborne were also equipped with various explosives and useful tools for their job.

A weapon similar to the Tesla rifle. It unleashes a burst of electricity that will eliminate anyone living within a radius, but unlike other grenades it generally leaves the surrounding environment relatively intact. The weapon is a one time use before needing to be recharged.
