Utterly Mad

Welcome to Ohio, one of the inhabitable places in what was left in America. They're are gangs, creatures, and, ghosts. The military seems to be completely gone, there is no government. There is only survival, Do what you can to survive

2. No military grade weapons, this is to keep things balanced, military grade knives are fine though.

5. Keep homes balanced, no camp graylings or military compounds.

Notes:
1. Though there are ghosts, there is no magic
2. This is the 'Squeshy salsa' based damage system.
3. For loot I'll roll a d20 for amount and a d4 for quality.

Gang Bulletin:

Bad muthas: They are a large group of cannibals that seem to come from a post apocalyptic flick. They are enemies with Hope's End

Blue Frogs: A group of cultists that seem to worship a desise. They are enemies with the Plague Doctors.

Plague Doctors: A group of medical trained men and woman with Plague Doctor garb. They are enemies with the Blue Frogs.

Hope's End: A settlement with patrolling guards, wandering traders, and skillful bounty hunters, they are enemies with the Bad Muthas.

Confederecy Reminents: They are a group of racist assholes that wear old civil war soldier garb and old civil war era clothing. They use old weapons along with makeshift Ex: Scavenged muskets, makeshift muskets, scrap swords, scavenged revolvers. They don't use armor.

Weapons: Makeshift 6 shot revolver, beaten out of scrap. Does okay damage, fairly inaccurate, fires .223 rounds. A knuckle duster, not a pair of brass knuckles, an iron knuckle duster for one hand. Nearly always equipped on his left, with his revolver held in his right. A well-made folding knife, of Japanese craftsmanship, from before this all went down.
Inventory: Large bag, filled to the brim with pills of varying types, clean bandages, large metal flask full of home-distilled berry wine, a few pieces of smoked raccoon and fox. Another 6 rounds for his revolver, besides what it's already loaded with. An MP3 player, with black earbuds. It's out of batteries.
Appearance: An average height, lithe figure. He never really takes off what he wears, and what skin he shows is covered in scars. Candle has jet black hair, from what peeks over his hood and mask, and his eyes are a very light sky blue, through the lenses.
Clothing: Hooded black leather jacket, brown leather climbing gloves, hightop casual shoes, heavy gas mask, drawstring backpack.
Home/base: An old, corrugated metal shed. Surrounded by small traps and snares, this is where Candle brings and butchers his kills, as well as where he sleeps on rainier nights. Has a mummy-style sleeping bag in the corner, dirt floor, a large plywood table, stained with blood, and a smaller plywood table, covered in old food wrappers and cans. There's a small wood stove adjacent to the larger table, and a small crate for his belongings next to the sleeping bag.

Appearance: Somewhat tall, with scruffy brown hair with an even scruffier haircut. His eyes are brown as the dirt and have a certain sharpness to them that gives an air of knowing.
Clothing: Hooded fur coat, worn jeans, a black long-sleeved shirt, some woolen socks, and a pair of brown hiking boots.
Home/base: A small abandoned home deep in the woods, laden with trip wires attached to noise makers and small animal snares. Has a basement where he he keeps racks for drying the meat he can't eat. There's a bunch of old candles and lanterns lying around the house, some spent, some not. He's got a nice bed and shelf of books to keep him busy on rainy days, and a crude crafting bench near the doorway. The door's been reinforced with a wooden plank that can be slid into place if intruders were to come. All the windows are covered in plywood, allowing little light in. The kitchen has a camping stove with a small assortment of pots and pans as well as a large stock of jerky and wild spices.

Yo hibou (Why do I keep saying "Yo"? I'm not a strider.) I need a title idea, just a request,  neo scavenger RP seems a tad bland.

Wilson I don't think you understand, I had gone nearly a month with TSS without a proper title. I worked on making a title every day, but I could never find a good one. Even the one now isn't what I was hoping for. I'm terrible at titles. The actual worst.
