APPEARANCE: he wears a trench coat with silk gloves and leather laced boots he wears a hood and a brass mask with two eye holes. Burningly bright light emanates from each eye hole. He constantly twitches and his clothes are oddly shaped and lumpy like that of a rubbery mans.

BACK STORY: As a khanate child this man discovered his thirst for knowledge and his disregard for how he gained it. He became educated his discoveries about the correspondence made him rich but this wasn't enough for the man he had read every book in the khanate he… needed… MORE he just needed a way to escape his bounds that way was the fifth city when it fell he ran he travelled to many places he jumped through the dawn machine gaining more knowledge than anyone else on the correspondence he made deals with gods and devils alike and even once the sun he travelled to the presbyterate and learned everything he could about the mountain finally before going to the fifth city he went to polythreme and learned how the life existed there he returned to london and worked at the labyrinth of tigers and the university until his radical ideals got him kicked out of both he then found flute street and befriended the flukes and rubbery kind eventually taking over from the flukes he created a civilized rubbery society much more advanced than london's society he then took benthics most radical scientist and the rubberies best and created a new powerful scientific organization he eventually became a shapeling through red science his organization has also created a correspondence engine named the impeller unfathomable and a revolutionary new submarine and a water to air conversion mask but before long his curiosity would drag him to the surface and out to zee
