Maybe a widespread meat livestock would be either pigs or rabbits,

Pigs: They will eat nearly anything, so they would be useful for leather, bones, and meat.

Rabbits: They will eat nearly any type of veggie, they would be useful for leather, furs, and, again, meat.

Also a wisespread crop would be potatoes, radishes and mushrooms.
Potatoes and radishes: Easy to grow
Mushrooms: Can grow nearly anywhere.
