Utterly Mad

Well things with Corporations could fairly easily be discussed OOC, I don't think it would be entirely necessary for Corporations to actually have a specific character running them, although I guess it may not be a bad idea.
If Corporations do end up requiring characters I may make one for SiegeWorks, although I'm not that interested in actually making a character so someone else may be able to if they want, as long as anything they do regarding SiegeWorks is checked with me first.
