Utterly Mad

I was considering Siege as the stores name but I've been having second thoughts about it. I did a little looking around and there's an online clothing store with the same name already, however it doesn't appear to function properly and doesn't look like it's been updated in a few years from what I could tell, however it does exist.

If a store by the same name already exists, it's probably not going to be a good idea to have a business by the same name, under the chance the owner of that business finds out your business exists and decides to sue you for trademark infringement or something.
