So I just had an existential crisis/realization. It just hit me on a personal level that I am me and that when I die I am not me anymore, that my parents ARE my parents (holy shit!), the fact that other people feel and go through the same thought processes that I do...I don't know how to describe this...
careful now, the void is gazing back into you. The void is not some great unknown, but rather the all obscurely familiar. The void is the nature of the human soul itself, a mirror that reflects your hopes and dreams, your fears and dark secrets, your very being. When you gaze into the void and the void gazes back, it is really you staring at you.
