Ok, I guess you could do that, although it can be rather hard when most of Utsuho's attacks will knock you right on your ass, Peri actually did try a melee-centric Touhou a couple of times, and he actually found he had the best chances with that goddamn reclusive asthmatic one week girl. Patchouli.
That is the only touhou I have thus far loathed fighting against.
