I've haven't really injured myself much in my adult life. I accidentally shot a dude in the hand once though, if that counts.
If that counts then I also accidently cut a girl in the wrists and got the pencil lead stuck...
I have a little piece of pencil lead in my hand from when I accidentally stabbed myself in 3rd grade. It's visible if you know what you're looking for.
