Granted, but it is now so insured that you're not allowed to touch it either. One day, you decide to ignore this as it is your tree, having been given to you with all the other animals, trees, and strategically placed leaves you posses, and you eat one of it's fruits. You have now committed the original sin, brought damnation to mankind, personally become responsible for thousands of years of religious violence, persecution against women, and generally misguided actions, and possibly set events in motion that will end in the apocalypse.
