Hmm. Put up a poll for it. Basically, these cause different bugs:
1. If I leave things the way they are, each stone shows up twice on the material stockpiles, and only one entry will filter stones (since the redundancy only gets used by stone arrows). These redundant entries also show up on the material filters for stone weapons, on the uniform screen. These filters do nothing because stone weapons get made of the actual stone, not the fake version used only by arrows.
2. If I revert that fix, stone bridges become unusable, and mugs become goblets.
