Because volume's always been in quarters of a liter, so some chucklefuck decided milliliters was a bright idea. Someone is planning to change it to liters with 2 decimal places instead.

That would be easier. At the same time though, why measure solid objects in liters?
Also, my mouse is restored! If anyone knows how to set up a brutal doom server, I am issuing a friendly challenge. Or we could play HL2 deathmatch.
