It should, yes. Remember when watch dogs was shown off and it looked great? and then it released and it looked less great? and almost instantly someone altered a single number in the code and changed the graphics to be like they were at E3 the year before? and that ubisoft had told everyone that the big fancy graphics they showed everyone would be a huge undertaking to implement, but the guy changing a single number exposed them as fucking liars? That seems to be happening a lot these days.
