Utterly Mad

If it's fine to have another, I think I'd like another kobold named after me. I'll do ya guys somethin' since I'm unable to dedicate myself to a turn, if it sounds cool.

Basically, name a kobold who hangs out around the tavern, drinks, and tells stories a lot after me. An entertainer, something or other, if there is one. If there's no applicable bold, hell, name any semi-useless citizen. I'll do roundly stories in-character. All the hatchlings, gather 'round.
