Human females are actually the only mammals with prominent mammary glands (read: BOOBIES) outside of child-bearing periods. There's no scientific basis for any fantasy race that aren't humans or 'humans, but X' to have them at all times.
Sexual dimorphism is apparently a tough subject for the average person to grasp.
i was just pointing it out because of seduction and the fact that most fantasy lizard peeps still have breasts.
