uh, crap forgot something in the CS, so if you guys could add Implant Mods that would be awesome.
Also to explain Implants and how they are both benificial and detrimental
almost everyone in the city has implants, and those who don't can either voluntarily step forward to recieve one or upon arrest if they are found to not have an implant it is an immediate execution sentence. If someone with an implant is arrested and found guilty of anything then they receive an implant mod that tracks them throughout the city.

Implant mods can do a variety of things, such as increased hearing, eyesight, and wireless and unmonitored communication.
You can hack people's implants as a way of potentially bypassing people or eavesdropping or a number of different things.
