Without any problems, you reach the Rio harbour.
The harbour consists mainly of concrete piers and warehouses. There's also the harbourmasters office, and the well-guarded edge of water village.
There is also a wrecked ship in a drydock nearby. Seems like there's some raiders hanging around there though.
The rain hammers down on the pavement under you, making the cracks leak mud.
