THE GRILL (why did i choose this name) rolls backwards onto his feet, then charges at #3, aiming to tackle her to the ground and grab the tire iron.   If he's successful, he smacks her in the face with it, if not, he just tries to punch her.
or y'know he just fails completely and gets hit in the face
