POSITION: THE VALIANT FIRST MATE
TITLE: The Old Sea Dog
COLOR: "I'm in my golden years, and yet I still sail the seas."
APPEARANCE: He's a wise looking feller, his wrinkles and scars covering his chin, cheeks, and left eye seem to tell all about his times out upon the dark waters. His white hair is combed and starting to thin, with his bangs receding more and more. His snow-white mutton chops form into a chin curtain. His left eye is clouded and he's possibly blind in that eye, while his other eye is a deep shade of brown. His physical is still beefy, with large hairy muscles protruding out from the sleeves of his suit.
ARMOR: A stab prove vest under his first mate getup, steel-toed boots
LIKES: "What do I like. Well I like some peace and quiet, naps, reading, the smell of sulfur complimented with the hiss of steam, my kids and their kids, my wife.... and I don't mind a fine lobster dinner with a glass of brandy on the rocks. I also like how fire burns, crackles, and glows."
DISLIKES: "I'm not a big fan of ruffians, I personally think they're trying to pick fights [NOT A FAN OF BRAWLERS/AGGRESIVES]. Not a big fan of scurvy, or large messes[MESSES]. I do not like it when I get blamed... considering my position it might be hard to avoid this[REJECTION/BLAMED]. Who doesn't hate pain[DOESN'T LIKE GETTING HURT]? And I think my wife when she's moody, I KID, I KID[SENSE OF HUMOR?]! Also I'm really-really not a big fan of fools, not the mentally challenged, but idiots who don't think things through[ARROGANT AND/OR IDIOTS]."
FEARS: "What am I afraid of? What kinda question is that? ... Alright if it's apart of the signup I'll tell ya... *sigh* Alright, I'm afraid that one day the drink will take me[THE SEA], I'm afraid that one day I'll come across something I shouldn't have[PARANORMAL]. I'm not a big fan of high places [HEIGHTS], and don't call me a child when I say this... but... I'm am utterly afraid of being alone in the dark. [DARKNESS]"
BACK STORY:((Not really going to fill this out, but I'll put some highlights and some of his starting motivation)) [Graduated from a school] [Got married] [Had 3 Children] [Starts to incur gambling debts] [Become a sailor with some merchant ships] [Becomes addicted to the thrill of exploration] [Joins this crew with hopes for one final adventure]
PURPOSE: "Listen, don't tell my family but... I'm not doing it for the money anymore. I'm doing it because I live for the sea, and the feeling of discovery. [EXPLORATION]"
GREATEST DESIRE: "To finally see the rest of the world, and then collect their trinkets! Before I get too old of course!"
WHAT WOULD YOU GIVE...: "My devote loyalty, I'd abandon my family-ties behind if I ever got close enough to achieving that goal, I'd be willing to take enough lives as needed to reach it, I'd give up eating if it was necessary, I'd face my fears and go into the darkest corners of this world we live in. All in the name of seeing the world and its vast riches of discovery and physical treasure before I become one with the sea.

INVENTORY:
-Pocket watch containing a picture with a much younger version of him and his wife
-A ornate dagger decorated in torn velvet with the blade being adorned in jewels
-An amulet of his family's crest that hangs from his suit coat's breast pocket
-A small pocket book he keeps in the same breast pocket (it tracks the current supplies and contains notes about his previous and current travels)
-Finally he has a rusted old flintlock that he keeps strapped to his side, it doesn't work and if it does it the stars would have to be aligned. He normally just keeps it as a sign of authority or to threaten at would be pickpockets
