Utterly Mad

Saw this headtitle of a news post.
What? That's like saying a law in America is coming to North America, it doesn't make sense.

Anyways it's a real cool thing, basically it says that instead of throwing away their food (Which tends to still have quite a few days left before it goes bad) Supermarkets have to give that food to Charity. Let's hope this law gets to other places, because that is a good one.
