Yeah, the poppers aren't against the regulation, but it's a flat ban on fireworks. This new ban also takes several of my cousins out of business, as they lived their lives almost entirely on the revenue from firework sales around fourth of July. They can't even sell them to people off reservation anymore. It's in response to the fires last year, but as I recall those fires weren't sparked by fireworks.
